Weight on last week: 239.0

Weight this week: 240.4

1.4 pounds GAINED

89.0 pounds lost since June 2010

Not a bad gain compared to the excuses I have as to why I wasn't diligent with nutrition and fitness this week. Looking forward to redeeming myself this week just in time for a visit from my mom this weekend where we will eat and drink our way through Nashville.

Goals this week include consuming enough water. Not drinking every night. And making good food choices.

I've been going in the wrong direction for a couple of weeks. I really need to get back on track too.
