I think this is a new personal record for me, I had a FEAST at lunch and it was only 433 cals. Basically I ate everything in the fridge at work that I had been stockpiling all week. It included:
- A salad with (CSA) romaine, (CSA) cucumber, tomato and light Sicilian Roasted Garlic Balsamic Vinegarette
- A turkey sandwich with sprouts and spicy brown mustard
- 1 peach
- 1 banana
- Reduced-fat string cheese
I am SO full.

Did you make the salad dressing? It sounds delicious. --- Also, what do sprouts taste like? Do they just add texture to the sandwich?
Looks like you had a good lunch :)
The salad dressing is actually a Kraft reduced-fat flavor. Sprouts do add cruch to sandwiches and salads .nd they taste a bit lettuce-y/grassy.
Those sprouts looked delicious!
