Just a quick post since I fell off the face of the planet for the last 3 weeks...
In that time, I'm on my second dog sitting "job", went to the beach, and gained about 8 lbs.
But my spirits are high and I'm trying to re-focus quickly to get ready for my first triathlon of the season in 12 days.
So, I'm trying not to focus on the scale too much (but I'll return to weekly weigh ins on Sunday).
There's a busy summer ahead of me starting now (I have 9 trips - both personal and business - planned in the next 3 months).
Hopefully the train doesn't completely derail, because right now it's just going along off track.
