0.4 pounds LOST.
I honestly expected a better loss, but my eating for the week took a turn around Thursday with pizza for lunch and then last night I had Mexican food and ice cream.
So I can't be mad at the scale. At least I'm down anything. Today I'll recenter and ensure I kick the week off right.
Maybe next week will be a record I haven't had in awhile...a loss 3 weeks in a row. Let's work on it!
