I haven't weighed-in in 2 weeks since my mom doesn't own a scale. And considering all the cookies, bagels and cheese, chips, ice cream, cake, Christmas dinners (3), birthday dinners and alcohol I consumed I'm surprised I lost anything.
For the last two days, I've had controlled eating and it's amazing how much I noticed how much better I felt on my run this morning!
For tonight, I'm going to worry about having a blast for NYE and then mentally preparing for the half marathon next weekend.
I know I owe my obligatory 2011 recap and 2012 goals blog posts. I may get to them before I leave for Orlando or I may not, but eventually I'll do them!
